I know his Lawyer. They are going to plead temporary mental insanity due to stress. Plead this out and go to Marion mental health facility for 2 years. I don't think Ray Morrogh is going to accept nothing less than 30 years with no parole. Armed bank robber, assault, car jacking, escape from police custody. We shall see.

I think they are going to try this in Federal Court. Most bank robbery cases are Federal crimes. He is probably better off in Federal prison than Sussex or Wallins Ridge.

He will do better in Federal system rather than state. Federal prison is safer and better food. He will have huge problems at Wallins Ridge or Sussex or any level 3 or 4 in VA. Virginia state prison is HORRIBLE!

They had the hearing on Friday and the Judge has moved this to Circuit Court in October. No bail. Mr Dinh will be locked up for a long time. His Attorney asked for bail but Judge said no.

If you're gonna rob a bank don't choose a bank that is anywhere near where you live. Don't even choose one in the same state. You don't want anyone to be able to recognize anything about you when they report about the robbery on the news or in the papers.
