That's all so pointless. Shit rolling paper are paraphernalia then, and I know a paperclip poked into it can be interpreted as such. In a much friendlier jurisdiction my friend has gotten mj possession 3 times and never once did it end up on his record and he only had to go to court one time. He also got a ticket for paraphernalia possession (also had resin in it but that wasn't an issue, the cop even made a statement that it stunk). But the paperwork never made it down to the local courthouse when he showed up on his court day and they told him to forget about it.
