They are Illiterate

A lot of the people coming here from South American countries are illiterate. They can not read or write in their own language or in English. They should be put in classes that teach these basic skills and that is not in ninth grade.

If we are required by law to educate them, then we should be concerned they get a proper education, not an opportunity to recruit or be recruited into gangs.

Also, I'd like to know how they enroll. If they are undocumented and have no records (birth certificate, proof of residency in the county) how CAN they enroll? What about shot records?

If there is an order to deport, due to prior crimes committed, all the duty to educate them flies out the window. Lock them up, plain and simple. They can be educated in prison.
