Alas, the best place may not be in FFX Co.
That said, excellent question!
While gallivanting about Loudoun, I can offer you several places where aircraft (typically landing) have beebeen impressively low. Naturally, wind direction on a given day will dictate whether these places qualify "good".
Planes landing on 19C or 19R are seemingly within reach:
38.998102,-77.431758 Lindsay VW on Shaw Rd in Sterling
39.006776,-77.437116 In parking lot of Rt 28 Plaza (Wegmans) near Game Stop
Planes landing on 1R:
38.926168,-77.429819. On Sully Rd. (Rt 28) try the parking lot of Black Bird Technology
So these are a couple places I've made note of.
I'm all ears for anyplace better.

Used to work out near Willard & Walney and planes would come in over the warehouses.
This was back when the Concord used to fly and I recall sometime after lunch we used to see the Concord coming in to land.
Would almost fly directly over head where our shop was.

Go to Udvar-Hazy museum and watch 'em coming in! Of course, I guess you'll have to pay the parking fee.

Fuck paying for parking...just park at one of the hotels in Chantilly and ask for the hotel shuttle to take you to the museum. I've been doing this for 9 years and I've never been hassled once.
