Federal programs intended to fight racism and help Black Americans move up the economic ladder actually cause more harm and destroy black lives according to Jason Riley.
His book “Please Stop Helping Us: How Liberals Make it Harder for Blacks to Succeed” explains why Black Americans continue to fall behind other Americans in education and income and Riley says, “Don’t blame white racism.” Riley, a member of the Wall Street Journal Editorial Board and a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute claims gains made among Black Americans after passage of the 1964 civil rights act were already taking place in the decades before the law’s passage even though racism was more wide spread and legal in the United States.

Myself and other educated blacks have been saying this for decades but the truth is despite all teh bullshit rhetoric, liberals are the true racists who believe black people are inferior and need to be "helped" by their lily white asses.
Shit is hilarious. It's non-racist white people that think blacks are too stupid or capable to have IDs for voting.....wtf?
Most of the rich, white, libs I know have never had a geniune relationship with a black person and yet they want to call anyone who doesn't support high taxes and expanding federal gov't bureacracy racist, sexist blah blah blah

The Great Society programs were one of the worst things to happen to Black people, and LBJ knew what he was doing when he pushed through the welfare programs.
He was after the Black vote, and he knew the programs would "control" the Blacks, and it also become a "narcotic" that Black people of this country would become addicted.
Liberals prey upon Blacks, and now they are after the Hispanics. The goal for liberals is make people dependent, and there is the control.

I know a number of black people that think the Fed hurts black folks. This isn't an isolated or even remote way some blacks think.
