why so many dentist in fairfax

every week I get 2 or 3 mailers. their ads are on buses and bus shelters. has the cost of dental school gone down or something

most likely or maybe because most of them are not even american

Funny story....
I got a free cleaning flyer from a viet cong dentist in Falls Church about 5 years ago. Actually, I didn't get it, it had my dogs name on it...since everything we subscribe to is in the dog's name.
So we make an appointment and go rolling in there with fido one afternoon and the zip says he doesn't do dogs. Well...you sent us a flyer...wtf? He finally agreed to do it, and then we said "that's ok, we wouldn't let you touch our dog".
He probably would have eaten him anyway.

Every 8 out of 10 dentist here are Chongers or Muslims. That would be like going to a European dentist in the 1940's.
Most the dentist here know how to scam the insurance system. Screw them.

Like so many professions and contractors, most of the ones that over advertise are hurting for business for some reason.
Best most of the time if you get referrals by word of mouth. One dentist I recommend is Dr. Nagle https://www.naglefamilydentistry.com/ in one of the Fair Oaks Hospital professional buildings. Very happy with his service, also caring and patient, office staff very good to work with. Also the hospital is right next door should a medical condition require dentistry under surgery.
So many medical professionals in this area, due to its high per capita income. Go to the rural areas of Virginia, West Virginia, and other places, the number and quality of doctors is lacking. Sure, the doctors there can take care of basic ailments, but anything more extensive some of my relatives back there have to go to the bigger cities for care, or suffer from lack of care.
