All DC area hotels are booked out for January 15th to 23rd.

You can Air BnB or Uber your house to people looking for a place to stay. You can charge whatever you want and people will pay it.

Just be prepared to have a lot of weirdos staying in your house since Trump seems to attract the deplorable types.
