No School @ West Springfield HS 9/21/16 due to a small fire in part of the building.

It was a construction fire related to the renovation work ongoing at the school. No major fire damage. Just a lot of smoke.

That's crap...if I'da known school could be closed for smoking, I would've toked up in the photography room's dark lab years ago.

Caused by a spark on a construction machine in the renovation area. A complete cluster and lots of companies called out for ventilation.

No illegal contractors this time.

FCFD brought in an air boat from one of their stations to air the smoke out the school!!

Actually a pretty cool idea, I will give the crew props for thinking outside of the box.
