FCPD probably closed all the streets in Fairfax because of a fender bender. It's a game FCPD plays to see who can get the biggest traffic jam.

You mean there's traffic on Maple Avenue in Vienna at 4:30 on a Tuesday?....Wow, that hardly ever happens. Maybe the traffic light at Beulah and 123 got hit by a comet.
