Improving Fairfax Local Roads, Beltway, and Interstates

Who is in favor of adding bike, run, and swim lanes to our road system so Fairfax can be the most Triathlon friendly place in the world?

I would love to swim to work in the morning, run home for lunch, and bike my way past all the car traffic back to the office in the afternoon.
