WHY ISNT THE MAYOR IN JAIL FOR GAY OR HOMOSEXUAL SEX? HIS ONLY CHARGE FOR METH BUT HIS ALLOWED TO HAVE GAY SEX. ? WHY ? GAY SEX SHOULD BE ILLEGAL

Not since Lawrence v. Texas in 2003. Five justices ruled that laws prohibiting sex between private consenting adults were unconstitutional regardless of the gender of those involved. A sixth justice ruled that laws which prohibited consensual gay adult sodomy but which permitted heterosexual sodomy were unconstitutional. Of those six justices four were appointed by Republican presidents.
