What was the salary before 7/1/16? Just curious how much he increased his own salary.

Please, please stop trash talking Scott. I was friends with him in high school and his Dad was an excellent Mayor. Scott hid this from us, addiction is an ugly disease. We stood by him with his cancer which was gone in 2 months thank god but scary. He needs our help and that starts with acceptance of his station in life. No, he shouldn't be the Mayor or a substitute teacher anymore. He needs mental health treatment where he's not distracted with the low life fans he's chosen to surround himself with over the past 5 years. They are bottom feeders and are watching this man die a slow public death.
I have shared my feelings with him before. I will continue to do so. I ask the others to let him heal.
