code charges shouldn't be spoken until they are sentenced, since they are often hatefully biased and often more than can be proved

$10000 to this guy could be a lot of money. I have seen people get a $200 bond and sit in jail three months because they had no money and nobody would bond them out.

Some people should not talk about legal issues if they do not know what they are talking about. In Virginia, you do not get charged with rape because of a 1 year age difference.
