So the Fast one will use a auto-pen, the Va Supreme Court needs to set his ass straight. Not Legal for signing a pardon, each pardon must be signed in ink by the Governor and each pardon must be fully considered..

Since this embarrassing Gov. Thumbs his nose at the Va Supreme Ct. Virginia General Assembly Impeach him! His lawless actions can no longer be tolerated.
