i'm pretty sure i'd rather be the Navy officer with weapon brandished telling drug addicts to get off my land than one of the freaks who decide they are going to tell some guy how things "really are"

West Springfield Police District - Officers responded to the 6600 block of Bestwicke Court, in Burke on Saturday, June 11, at around 8:13 p.m. for a report of a brandishing. It was reported that a verbal confrontation occurred on the street, between a 49-year-old man and other adults that came from a nearby house.
During the argument, the 49-year-old man was observed pointing a firearm at several people. Officers responded and conducted an investigation and determined that the alleged victims had already left the scene.
While the investigation was underway from the first report, on Monday, June 13, at around 7:16 p.m. a 24-year-old man came into the West Springfield District Police Station to file a report about the same incident. Officers then responded to the suspect’s residence and placed him under arrest for brandishing a firearm. The suspect was brought before a magistrate at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where the officer sought an arrest warrant for brandishing a firearm. The magistrate determined a lack of probable cause based on the proffered facts and declined to issue an arrest warrant. The man was then de-arrested and transported by the officer back to his residence in Burke.
The criminal investigation remains active and is still ongoing. The lead investigating patrol officer will be consulting with the Commonwealth's Attorney for Fairfax County regarding potential charges.

Fuck you, they weren't trespassing, Johnny Never-Won-A-Fight. They were in the street, asshole, and leaving a barbecue across the street. They weren't on his property but he was on the easement. Where the fuck is that savage feral spic Officer Torres when his lethal services are needed? The guys he assaulted by pointing the muzzle of his pistol at them would have been fully justified in killing him. He should be killed. Is he the guy known as "The Armenian Kid-Toucher"?
