WARNING! Loudoun Stalker is Armed and Dangerous

Loudoun stalker and self-admitted pedophile William Robert Moreno is mentally ill and prone to violence. He was arrested on Felony charges for attacking his own father with a kitchen knife. He has made death threats against others, admitted to sexual contact with toddlers, stalked young women, and threatened teenagers. He has also chased visitors with a baseball bat. William Robert Moreno should be considered armed and dangerous, as well as a threat to young children. Although he has been banned, Moreno posts on this site in defiance of state law anonymously and under the user names of "Mr. Misery" and "Jimmylegs".

Moreno has been known to reside at 713 Riverview Court in Sterling and 1210 Chase Heritage Circle Apartment 304.

Moreno is making threads, not Basl. If Basl was in court he wouldn't be able to do so anyway.
