HIV risk at its highest in the South for gay and bisexual men: Four in 10 have virus in Jackson, Mississippi with levels three times the national rate in several cities
HIV was diagnosed in about 3 in 10 gay and bisexual men in El Paso, Texas; Augusta, Georgia; and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In Jackson, Mississippi, the rate was 4 in 10.
