There is no definitive culture inside any major metro areas any more.
The filthy rich and our government that is in bed with them have ensured it. Because, along with this assured separatism, the ancient political play of the divide and conquer rule of the overall majority of the population also ensures them their control of the extreme wealth they have and will always have.
Levaing the rest of us the tender scraps to fight over like dogs.
