Fincham's in the 'Hood cutting trees?

These Fincham tree guys from Culpepper are working in our 'hood, does anybody recall if these are the same family that got in the paper scamming widows? Were these the guys who got caught rustling paulonia trees on the G.W. Parkway? They have been trying to propose kinda odd terms and conditions for payment of their services...
