FCPS could do with an audit like this.
In this audit, among other things, (former) Superintendent Fred Czerwonka was found to have improperly let a contract to "Flip" Flippen and the Flippen Group.
Many other irregularities were found as well, leading to Czerwonka's resignation.
What might such an audit turn up at FCPS?

Fred Czerwonka, no matter what else he does, will go down in the history of education as the man who hired Menville "Flip" Flippen to give a commencement speech with a fee of $10,000/hour attached to it. That is almost a textbook example of excess of epic proportions.
