I have proof she testified but it is much more fun to leave people in the dark and being wrong about everything as usual. The Moreno lawsuit is still out there, regardless of the protection order violations.

Would Morenos be dumb enough to think Lizzie is switching back to their side?

But it would be nice to know who is feeding the damn cat if it's not Lizzie.

Eesh will be in jail when the lawsuit comes around, so no trial needed, he loses by default.

The Moreno family needs no one as their witness at this point, the protective order violations prove eesh is guilty of most of what the lawsuit alleged, but lizzie will still be there to nail his coffin shut anyway.

No one is feeding the cat because the cat is dead. Lizzie doesn't like eesh and has no way to get to Richmond, plus the cat died.

As someone who spends too much time on criminal cases, I can tell you that the state ALWAYS subpoenas their witnesses. If their witness does not show up and they lose, their boss wants to know that.

Also, a "volunteer witness" walking in on court day almost never testifies. There is an assumption that they have a personal interest in the outcome, there is no time to check their story, and there is risk that they say something completely different on the stand.

On the other hand, we have many cases to address, so we can't put much time into disputes like these. We assume that a violation of a protective order can lead to death, so to protect the victim the guy is likely to sit in jail until trial, regardless of the attorney he chooses.

Almost never is the keyword there. You seem to think that the lawyer in this case didn't connect with the court beforehand and let them know.

The same lawyer who Michael Basl is also stalking that lizzie had knowledge and proof of.

Well, once again, it was lizzie's testimonyof the knowledge of the events, being present at the events and presenting evidence of the stalking of the lawyer that is the reason why Michael Basl was denied bail.

I don't understand why you or anyone is trying to argue about facts and reality to something you weren't present to.

It makes no sense that someone would lie about something so stupid and easily proven by Moreno himself.
