I am surprised that the insectors don't do sweetheart deals with contractors.

Restaurant sanitation issue: call xyx sanitation, they are good. Then when inspector finds out xyx was called, problem goes away and xyx gives inspector a cut.

Damn, the nepotism even reached the inspector's office! I thought it was bad enough in the tax office, HR, benefits office, etc having so many Indians (from India)!

I know this because I went on an interview for a Fairfax County government job- nothing but Indians EVERYWHERE. For every 10 workers I saw, 6 were Indian, 3 white, and one Asian or Black. No joke.
