7-8 State Troopers on Fairfax County Pkwy

Anyone know why there are 7-8 state troopers with 1 car pulled over on Fairfax County Pkwy just prior to Rolling Rd? No FCPD seen..just troopers.

it's either an immigration stop that INS/ICE refused to Make, the DOPE MAn or MCawful's Morning Coffee Run!

When I drove by there were two troopers who had pulled over a black SUV. They had the driver handcuffed and were walking her back to the police car. She was a fat white chick, looked to be in her 30's. She seemed out of it, staring blankly and walking really slow. I assumed she was drunk.

I saw the woman, too. When I drove past she was standing against the sound barrier wall, so I couldn't really tell if she was handcuffed or not. That was around 6:50am. I saw another trooper flying by to get to the scene a little further down the road. Seemed a little more serious than a simple DUI? Odd.
