16-22 y/o perp here guaranteed, granted most of the spray paints can rub or buff off of automotive paint....still as a tax payer I eat it so I hope they find junior and give him some time in jail

Again no respect for authority.

My bet it is the same kid sending/calling all the bomb threats, most likely a McLean student.
