Am I in trouble?

So I had sex with someone and now my pipi burns when I peepee.
I took some antibiotics but they were meant for fish, like exactly the same on paper. Only think is now my tongue looks super red and has white splotches on it.

Shall I keep taking them?

Keep taking the fish-biotics. It may not cure your STD but your gills will clear up nicely.

Thanks, never heard of getting gills from 'doung the sexy' but hope it clears up!

I just tried to scrape the white patches from my tongue but it took a lot of skin and flesh with it. It's not bleeding a lot but is now burning also.
