Can Mental Ill people vote in Virginia

I know someone who has mental problems, and he wanted to kill someone. I think he stab someone and went to jail because he has problems. How is someone like that allowed to vote?

There's a lot of facts that you're not aware of in this situation. If he's not a convicted felon, he can vote.

Did he vote for Bernie? If mental problems were an issue that would restrict one from voting, that would mean 60% of the Liberal voters would be disqualified.

As All Liberals are mentally Ill anyway. Just take a good look at what they support. You would have to be completely Crazy to vote for a Democrat.

So Yes Mentally Ill people can vote in Va and all over the USA..

Having a mental illness -- say depression or deep anxiety shouldn't disqualify someone from voting.

In fact, how does one test for this or monitor this at the polls?

A bigger problem is stupid people voting, and VA has a lot of that. For example, voting for Trump. The RepTrolls are in a panic because their party is imploding. Republican extremism is going to hand this election to Hillary.
