Sorry, meant to include this in the OP....

Anyone know of any local competitors that are willing to cover the ETF? I want to use it as leverage against Verizon so I can get out of this ridiculous contract and downgrade to a different bundle.

The Termination fee is prorated $10 every month, you can try calling them and tell them that you are moving somewhere fios isn't available. Good luck.
