So it's 20 something degrees and this mom is leaving her toddler in her ugly gas guzzling SUV while she goes into the store. When I say something her response is "Oh that is why I have dark windows so nobody notices (which clearly I did)". Seriously with lazy dumb parents like this I think the police are soon going to have to start patrolling parking lots, looking for dark colored windows and making sure there isn't a kid sweltering/freezing to death. Anyway where do you report stuff like this?

Leaving a child in a unattended motor vehicle is unlawful(against the law for the ignorant) and just plain stupid. When you have kids, you plan your destinations accordingly.
On a side note, there should be rule for ignorant people having babies but since only ignorant people have babies, who gives a fuck?

It may have been more cruel to take the baby out of the car. Perhaps the mother needed medicine because the baby was sick. When it’s just you and you have a baby, sometimes you have to take the lesser of two evils. What we all need is more people to give us a break. How about giving some slack.

This woman is obviously married to a Neanderthal. My wife hasn't touched a gas pump handle in two decades and I highly doubt she'd even know how to operate a modern digital pump. I spend an hour or two every Sunday afternoon maintaining our vehicles, including topping off the gas tanks, filling the tires, and checking/changing the oil if due. Her Escalade gets around 450 miles to a tank, which is plenty for all her mommy duties thru the week. My mid six-figure income allows her to stay-at-home living the life of her dreams raising our kids, while my manly work around the house and in the garage gets reimbursed with nightly fellatio.
