You can make it yourself. The stores sell S&B curry. Buy stir fry beef strips and cut them up. Buy potatos, celery, yellow onion, and other vegetables you want to add. I think you add about 1/2 cup of water and heat. The rice should be Japanese. If you don't have a rice ccoker, you can get a microwaveable dish of rice.
The alternative is to heat long-grain white rice from Uncle Ben or Minute and heat up some beef chili to cover the rice. The hard part is finding canned chili that tastes good.
