Simple purchase, just one loaf of regular white bread. I have been to 3 stores, and it is like a scene from the former Soviet Union.
People rushing through the stores buying everything in sight. I needed a loaf of bread but the shelves are barren. On my third store the were out of bread, but there was this older lady that had 7 loafs in her cart, so I told her my plight, and she gave me one that I did purchase.
What do you people intend to do with all of this food?
I guess this area has lost it's collective mind.

Google making bread! It's really easy! You won't ever be like the old lady buying 7 loaves at a time. Is she planning on making croutons in a couple of days? WTF? Maybe she uses it as toilet paper. Fuck bread. I loaded up on eggs, bacon, meats, veggies, beer, wine and booze. Also did it over the weekend since I stay in tune with this stuff and know you idiots will blow off this shit until the last day. Anyone stocking up in empty grocery stores a day before the storm deserves to starve.

I needed just one loaf. A loaf lasts me over a week, it usually goes stale half way through. Then I need to purchase a fresh loaf - Birds love stale bread.
Everything else I have already. Liquor, wine, cigars, cheese, and a girl friend that puts out, and gives great head.

The South Lakes Safeway had bread at 10am. If a store is up just wait until Friday morning and go when they open. Trucks come in at night and they restock the shelves over night.
That's the guy making sure bread is stocked. Nobody even in the bread aisle.

Got enough beer and food to last for over a week. I actually did buy some milk and regular bread. Seldom use either one, but good to have in case power goes out. No power no oven and it's strictly stove cooking. Bread for grilled cheese sammiches and milk for mac -n- cheese
