Further Anti-corruption campaign in China,
Li Dongsheng, a former Vice Minister of China's Ministry of Public Security, is jailed for 15 years for corruption. Li is found guilty in a courtroom of the chinese legal system, of accepting $3.5 million USD as an earmark which he attempted to hide by tranfer to a family member.

like USA, but far more aware of and customed to the problems: their problem is too many people to look after who take advantage of a public not yet able to keep track of (a line of accountability, of who is doing what and why)
