Fairfax County is eventually going to straighten out that sharp curve on Burke Road.

like its not fast enough, actually most accidents happen after the curve. I know one classmate whos Trans am went around a tree 3x around Kara

They should keep the old curve and build the new curve, but charge a $1 toll to use the new curve.

Burke Road - I guess the that's curve past Burke Nursery

Per the Powerpoint slides, Shiplett has been repaved and bikes lanes added. I ride bikes as much as the next guy, but I find the new lane markings very confusing for cars. And I have never seen a bike on Shiplett. Also now we have a bumpy ride on Burke Lake Rd. as the dripped a tar balls all over on the way to Shiplett for the repaving. Just saying...

Looks like Mill Cove Ct will get the most from this, with extra parking and less worry from vehicles overshooting the curve in to their rocks.

That curve has been there forever. It's not the curve that is the problem its that you can not drive. County has to spend all that tax payers money to fix because a few people don't like that they have to slow down a bit. Let's make all roads straight so the idiots can drive their cars
