FCPS AND FOIA Reports

Does anyone know if Brandy Reeves resigned? I know she had a baby last year but I am not sure if she is still working at FCPS. Why did they change the FOIA policy ?

She is still there. They did not change the FOIA policy. They just updated it.

Honestly this is better than hearing about whatever the fuck a Boosterthon is.

FFU is becoming the centralized whining site for FCPS solely for teens with nothing better to do and parents who don't understand how to Internet. Outside of these two groups, the schools as a topic are meaningless.

Boosterthon is when frat boys and sorority girls come in to the schools to teach non peer reviewed lessons. The teaching is an excuse to raise money. Boosterthon gets an up front fee of $2,000 and then 48% of the pledges. Not bad, considering that nothing is sold, the kids run around a blow up tunnel.

This eats up loads of instructional time but FCPS is OK with it as the people making the pro-Boosterthon decisions get free trips to Atlanta. No telling what goes on during these trips, but sordid suggestions are more than welcome…
