Where does the money in W. Loudoun come from?

Where does all the money come from in western, rural Loudoun? Besides the old money estates, there seem to be many expensive homes that are far from any jobs.

People choose to spend hours in their vehicles commuting to well paying jobs so that when they are at home they are not in fucking shithole suburban communities. People commute from F'ing West Virginia to Fairfax County on a daily basis so they do not have to put up with the stupid taxes and outrageous cost of living here.
