And what about the children? Without the FCPS-Booster contract in force for a PTA Boosterthon, what agreements are in place between FCPS and Booster to ensure their physical safety?
FCPS's answer? There are none - we just let the principals and PTAs know about the noncontrolling(!) FCPS contract, hope that PTAs do something, and call it a day.
This is a lawsuit just waiting to happen - defended at taxpayer expense.
No matter which side of the Boosterthon issue you're on, surely it's appropriate to ensure our children's safety (and conserve our tax dollars) better than this...?
