Pantless Juv-ie Kickout Cruiser Window

Intersection of Hillside Road and Willowick Lane, 09/12/15 at about 9:16 p.m. A female was sitting in her car when a subject known to her began knocking on her window. The suspect was not wearing any clothes from the waist down. Responding officers arrested the man. While in custody the suspect spat on an officer and kicked out a cruiser window. The suspect is a 17 year-old juvenile and petitions will be obtained for destruction of property, indecent exposure, vehicle trespass and assault on a law enforcement officer
