I don't think that's true. It's kind of a specialized procedure. Do you feel you have a legitimate medical need for such a procedure, or are you just looking for someone to play with your butt?

Buy some extra toilet paper. Call in sick. Drink a bottle of Mag Citrate. Maybe two. Done. Or, do an oil retention enema from the drugstore, followed by a Fleet's. Or, have your doctor prescribe some Lactulose. That'll blow you away.

I tried the Mag Citrate but now I just have bad stomach cramps. Still can't go. I really think I need my colon irrigated. Will try an enema and will report back... Stay tuned.

Hold the oil retention enema for about 20 minutes, then shove in the Fleet's. That rock will pop right out. No worries.
