no after you serve your time in prison the gov. cannot "follow you around" ...

UNLESS your a repeat offender or there is special reason to believe you must be treated specially (passing the bar of biased opions and guesses by gov. workers)

"sex offender" really doesn't mean much , it could mean a 19yr old guy banged a 17 yr old slut which in my book: is not even a tort, possibly a parental problem, certainly not a crime

the punishment must fit the crime - and "sex offender" in general doesn't merit any kind of subvertive or hostile involvement for lifetime
