How to access fairfax Underground from a Fairfax County government Computer

As we know, for some reason Fairfax County blocks Fairfax Underground. Here's a way to get around the block:

Go to Google Translate
Paste the URL
Select source language as other language
Select destination language as the web page’s language
Click Translate. Free web proxy.

This procedure actually works on most blocked websites.

I know they have some staff who are paid to monitor the "social media". Including FFU.
