When will the new fancy concept Waffle House open in Fairfax County?

Waffle House's exciting new concept: Word on the street is that it will have a bistro-style courtyard with wrought iron fence and some old-fashioned lanterns. The architecture will be fancy and old-fashioned, but the food will still be the same wholesome American food that everyone loves. Will the Mayor of Old-Towne Fairfax reach out to the company? This is just the culinary boost the city needs to get that critical mass of people to old towne.
