all very recent - all since the mid and late 1990's. "only government can certify course work. only those certified can work. companies are not allowed to run certification courses. government can give loans that fail, private schools cannot. government can give green cards to students who take gov loans, private businesses no."
all the people involved - it's not magic - are easily found and made responsible for any huge debts that arose - and lack of any reason for the debt.
Test Question #1: Did it help citizens who paid the taxes and who's credit made the loans possible? Does it show increase in schooling available for denizens (NOT COUNTING ILLEGALS)?
Test Question #2: Did the claims "better schooling means better grades" turn out to be true by Virginia standards tests? And was this worth the money - the having these questions answered without google'ing them?
Test Question #3: Did the claims "better schooling means BETTER JOBS AND COMMUNITY WEALTH". Are their denizens getting better non-government jobs? Or is the job market a crash - where the wage gap has accelerated and jobs are going out politically - which is a lie compared to the claims that schooling makes a difference?
Test Question #4: Are they planning to RETIRE EARLY AND RICH, knowing full well their predecessors did not and could not unless they had financially wrecked the system - which their predecessors DID NOT DO?
