But when they call the cops and they don't show up. all the cops have to do is show them this picture and say that you guys destroyed that car the services your block...we are sending guys on foot, but it may take a few hours...

Baltimore police have arrested 3 people for the destruction of the police car and 1 person for the arson of the car. More arrests are pending.

After this is over, if I was a Baltimore cop, the next shift I would bring my newspaper and the cruiser would have an addition 10 miles on the odometer at the end of my tour. Payday is Friday.
