Some things that should be taken into consideration here are the fact that the former employee was able to get out of jail on her own signature despite the fact that the courts are well aware of her past criminal history.

If the judge felt she was really a threat they would NOT have released her under any circumstances. She lives *awfully* close to that Papa John's and if they feared for anyone's safety she would NOT have received a bond at all. I don't think they would risk her going there and shooting up, burning down or blowing up the place if this were all true or being taken seriously by another other than Papa John's - who also knows for a fact that no one is in any danger and never was.

The police were able to arrest her because of how Katie portrayed the messages about the store and the gun picture sent to her and some manic/depressive texts stating the want to hurt people, even though at the end of the messages the threat was ended when it was stated that no one would be harmed. The courts had different findings after hearing the other side of the story and what ACTUALLY promoted Katie to suddenly change her mind after stating to the police a week earlier there was no threat and continued seeing and speaking to this person.

Katie lied to the police and said she got threatening phone calls on Feb 11 and hadn't seen the employee since. Phone records show that Katie never got any calls from that employee and was seen on video at the PETCO with the employee on Feb 14, Valentine's Day and had been speaking to said person literally minutes up until the arrest on Feb 18 was made, like nothing was wrong or happening.

Katie seems to have some major issues and should take her relationship ending as a loss through no fault of her own besides her and her only being a cheater and a proven liar. It doesn't get any more simple than that.

There was no need to have some put in jail because she is a VENGEFUL person and lies and cheats on every person she's ever been with. No one deserves to be going through any of this because she couldn't keep her partner happy and had to leach off of someone else, learn to be with just one person. YOURSELF!

Everyone in this area that knows her knows what a crazy delusional psychotic sex-crazed maniac this girl claiming such these horrific things is. Who claims they were raped and then flips out when the guy dumps you and threatens to tell your girlfriend that you were cheating with him? IF you truly were violated in such a horrific manner I highly doubt your first priority would be blackmailing him.

This is SICK, TWISTED and INSANE just like the filthy girl claiming these OUTRAGEOUS and UNBELIEVABLE accusations! What a dark, messed up soul you must be to make up such an awful situation because your life is so dull and meaningless you need the attention so bad. You lie about cutting yourself and then upset when your friend calls for a welfare check on you because and then you snitch on her with some completely fabricated story and have her locked up!? What the fuck is wrong with you!?

You know your life was NEVER in danger and no one EVER threatened you with a gun or called you and threatned you! You have ruined numerous lives with your lies, broken many hearts and hurt A LOT of people with your complete disregard for the feelings of others!

I don't know of too many rape victims who use being raped as blackmail. They usually don't talk about it or all or they just report it.

Katie said that if the boy she was previously cheating with told the fiance about their affair that she could and would get him for raping her. Sounds familiar.

Why would she be so afraid of him talking to her fiance if he actually did rape her? That isn't something you should hide from your partner. She would have just told her fiance and told the police when it happened. Sounds familiar.

She did the same thing here with Lizzie only couldn't use the rape defense and used the next best thing. Lizzie's messages about burning down the store and said she was in fear for her safety when she wasn't.

The more you all post about this the more it's coming to light that Katie may have in fact over exaggerated this entire thing and manipulated police into believing she was afraid when in reality she was just getting payback for something that hadn't even happened yet. Katie's fiance found out about the cheating after Katie went to the police. Katie acted on impulse and fear and really fucked herself in the end.

No matter what your opinion on Lizzie is it's hard to ignore the facts that Katie too is a liar and manipulator and blackmails people to try to control them.

I also said the only reason I messaged katie was the nudes being leaked took it to far. Imagine my surprise when I logged in today to find many new threads attacking me and my 4 year old son created last night.
