It's on Backpage but it's a stolen pic (as most agency pics are). They rotate girls frequently.

The pic is likely not the girl who is posting the ad, it is a pro photog shot with pro lighting, makeup and retouching.

The tape on the nipples may some kink fashion thing kinda like Lady Gaga might do. I'd rather see the nips but it's a good tease effect.
