It's because libtards have enabled parents to the point where they don't have to be accountable for their children or parenting and use the public school system to raise their children and feed them as well.
Someone has to feed and babysit these kids so both of their parents can work their full time jobs and avoid taxes by working under the table. Socialism is dumbing down America, expanding the "poverty" gap and ruining family values. Thank the liberals next time this happens.
