Heavy FCPD presence across from Burke VRE

Multiple units, including helo and dogs. Saw two being detained along Roberts Pkwy.

Saw that too, they had the whirleybird out for them as well. Looked like some stoners that probably lot a campfire in those woods to drink beer by. It was cold as hell after all. Maybe those kids were being assholes or something but you'd have thought they robbed a bank or something.

I was passing by when the first two cruisers pulled up. The Officers literally jumped out of the car and immediately drew their weapons . When I by in the other direction about 20 minutes later they had the first guy cuffed and sitting on the ground next to the guard rail. Should interesting to see what they being Picked up for .
