Yo I gotta question

Let's say you get arrested for driving on suspended right, and they lock u up. While you were locked up, you missed a court in maryland and they issue warrant for you. Now, fairfax won't release u cuz of that warrant from Maryland. is there a way to fight this, cuz Maryland is dragging it's feet and won't make up their mind if they wanna come get u or not. And besides its small shit u missed court. iz for friend.

That's not really a question, but it usually takes a while for a bench warrant to be issued. Homie must've been locked up a relatively long time just for driving suspended.

But let's assume that is the case and there is nothing else missing from the equation... You, or someone else, just need to go to the courthouse in MD, pay the bench warrant fine, then set up a new court date.

Furthermore, MD doesn't even have to get the brother, they have video teleconferencing for that shit now.

Just cough up some money and he will be free to go... You might want to call the court or go down there to ask questions instead of looking for good answers on FFU.

Good luck

While you're "detained," learn Spanish and practice the "deer in the headlights" look. Then, when you go before the judge (either one), tell him you don't understand English and MD will come over and pick you up right away.

Ask for Kathleen Dumais (Rep - Montgomery County). She will make sure you get your license back and forward you to Casa de Maryland where Gustavo will take good care of you. He will hook you up with a contractor for whom you can work off the books and help you complete the forms for all the social services and benefits you could have hope to get.

If you used your real name when you were arrested, not a problem. Tell the officer in Spanish that you only used that name because it was on the ID you bought on the corner with the flashing walk light.

Your friend is lying to you.

They would have never been charged as a fugitive unless Maryland said they would come get them.

They have a reasonable amount of time to come get your friend after they waive extradition. Usually 72 hours not counting holidays and weekends. They will come get your friend.

Your friend or whomever would not be having this problem if both of you stayed in school and learned how to read, write, and speak properly.

Wisdom of the Ancients:

Consult a lawyer, leave the courtroom with loins intact.
Consult FU, end up with 12 car pile up on your hershey highway during "date night" at local detention center
