Solution for all of these FCPS delayed openings???

So, from the MD/PA state line all the way north to Maine I've noticed that citizens and municipalities build lean-to's (often heated) at the school bus stops to provide kids with shelter while waiting for the bus to arrive.

With all of the millions available here in FCPS to build things like astro-turf practice fields...why not build shelters at the bus stops? This would put an end to the, "We don't want kids waiting in the cold for the buses..."

And use the necessary diesel fuel additive to help the buses start in cold weather...hello? Why is this so hard?

Serious or troll?

If you're serious, may God have mercy on your soul.

Because the "concerned" tax payers are against that.

Because "diesel fuel additive" to "help the buses start in cold weather" doesn't exist, you dumbfuck.

I got a better idea. Make the little fucks go to school in the summer and take off Jan-Feb which are the coldest snowiest months around here.

I really can't believe this shit! They make the kids go to school in a fucking blizzard and then close school because it is fucking cold? I just can't imagine grown, responsible adults sitting around a table and making these decisions. It was the same stupid goatfuck last year with these assholes. How is someone not taking charge of this ridiculous situation?

You must be an illegal Mexican. 3 inches of snow is not even a flurry much less a blizzard

I would rather have a couple of days off for the kids then pay more money in taxes for the bus's . The world runs on money and the school do not have the budget for upgrading bus's or building shelters.

But they have the money to move the school schedule by 2 hours.

What school buses in really cold places do have are diesel fuel line heaters. FFX has too many buses and not enough need to buy these.

"A computer-based calling system notifies parents along a route by phone or e-mail that a bus is running slow."

Can we get this guy from Danville, Illinois, Jeremy Roarke, to come work here? He seems to know what he's doing.
