fcps from 2 hour delay to closed tomorrow

whats the possibility that fcps will go from 2 hour delay to closed tomorrow morning like many schools did this morning!?

I think closing might happen if the temps actually go into the single digits, but knowing fcps they probably miscalculated the temps as well; playing the 2nd risk card for 2015.
