He did not run for reelection. Barbara Comstock will be the new Representative for the 10th District when Congress returns in January.

Frank was wrong a lot, but he was at least a decent person. Babsy is an across-the-board disaster. She's got "one and done" written all over her.

He was right a lot too, and he always fought hard for government workers. His constituent services people were some of the best on the Hill.

The district is split even, regardless of turnout. You're applying the national turnout rate to a single congressional district.
